Ingredients:
3 tablespoons of capers, soaked in water overnight to remove the brine taste
5-6 plum tomatoes
3 teaspoons chopped garlic
1/4 teaspoon paprika powder
1/2 teaspoon horse radish sauce
1 tablespoon all purpose italian seasoning
Pesto basil sauce from Costco.
Rosemary for seasoning
3 tablespoons Olive oil.
A pinch of salt.
2 tablespoons or more Parmesan cheese
Recipe.
- Start sufficient water in a saucepan on the side to boil pasta when the water reaches boiling point. I always add a touch of salt and a drop of oil to boil pasta, it comes out a little more soft and flavored. While that is going on, in parallel follow the steps below.
- Add 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a deep frying pan
- Add 3 teaspoons of chopped garlic
- Add 1 tablespoon of all purpose italian seasoning
- Add 3 tablespoons of capers that had been soaked overnight. Let the capers cook slightly. Mash some of them to release the taste
- Once the capers are cooked then add 5-6 plum tomatoes. Let them both cook well, but don't let the tomatoes get squished
- Add the parmesan cheese and let it coat the capers and tomatoes slightly.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon of radish sauce, 1/4 teaspoon of paprika powder
- Add a pinch of salt
- Add about 3-4 tablespoons of the basil pesto sauce.
- Once all the above are semi-cooked, add the boiled pasta and stir it in.
This is my first original recipe that I'm publishing. Let me know what you think!
